Huntstone Info

Huntstone is a planned community offering a pool and clubhouse for the Huntstone owner residents.  County water and sewer is available to each lot and home.  Located minutes off I-85 for easy commutes to Henderson, Oxford, Raleigh, Durham and The Research Triangle Park

Pool

The pool is open daily from 10 am to 8 pm for resident owners and their guest.  The water is tested a least once a day and the pool is cleaned once a day.  The Home Owners Association provides several pool lounge chairs.  Pool rules are available upon request

Clubhouse

The clubhouse is available for Huntstone resident owners to rent for their next event.  The clubhouse consist of a large banquet room, rest rooms, kitchen equipped with refrigerator, sink and cabinets. Table and chairs are available.   A private office is used by the Coldwell Banker Advantage in meeting with potential buyers.  Clubhouse rules and rental application are available upon request.
